We do not offer guaranteed shipping services. All shipping times provided are estimates. For guaranteed delivery of Glow V1 Golf Balls, we recommend purchasing them through Amazon.
We currently ship only within the United States for orders placed through this website. Contact us at sales@glowgeargolf.com or through our contact us web form if you are an international customer and we can advise you on product availability and pricing for your country destination. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders are processed within 72 hrs of receipt.
Transit times once processed:
West Coast – 1-3 business days
Central US – 3-4 business days
Upper US and East Coast – 4-7 business days
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
Glow Gear Golf does not sell merchandise on approval. Returns are only made for defective merchandise.
Defective Merchandise & Shortages:
It’s our goal to make your shopping experience with us a pleasurable one. Strict quality control by the manufacturer before shipping ensures a minimal amount of defective items. When pricing our products we take into account a 5% defective rate. Any defective items greater than 5% will be issued a store credit towards a future order.
Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt . Any defective merchandise greater than 5% must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Premier Glow will issue a store credit to be used on a future order for all defective merchandise and shortages. I.E. If you order one 6 ball box of Night Eagles ($36.90), and 1 ball is found defective, a store credit of $6.15 cents would be issued.
Color Variations:
Occasionally colors or styles of a particular item might vary from the picture shown on the website. The variation can include colors included in an assortment, led colors, or product color. If you are in need of something specific, please contact customer service to confirm.
From time to time, we may make changes to this policy. Those changes will be reflected on this page.
