Night Golf in Iowa is a blast!

The stars aligned on a beautiful summer night at The Oaks in Clinton, Iowa for a great evening of Cosmic Night Golf. We set up the 9 hole Executive Course and used the full flight, 90 compression Glow V2 golf ball from Glow Gear. The phones we still ringing at 7:00pm before the shotgun start, but the field had already been filled with “golf creatures” of the night. The course looked like a mini airport full of landing strips and our golf balls (most of them) managed to find the center stripe and arrive at the destination safely.

The beverage patrol was in full force making sure all the golfers stayed hydrated and made a special (top secret) blend of libation called “The Meteor Burst”, providing the swing oil necessary for adults on a Friday night! The grill was cookin’, the tunes were jammin’, and the club enjoyed a very social evening that was new and fresh. We had many people that weren’t even members participate, which was a good indication for us to continue to reach out to a new demographic group of “nighties”. We are already re-booked for September with Glow Gear and look forward to more events from them next year. Couldn’t have been any better. The Staff at The Oaks Clinton, Iowa
